Shipping

• Free delivery on every order across India. Extra 10% off on prepaid orders.
• Orders are dispatched the same or next working day.
• Delivery usually takes 2–4 days for metros and 4–7 days for other locations.
• You'll receive an SMS & email with a tracking link once your order ships.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pincodes.

7-day returns

Not happy? You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging with tags intact. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, prepaid refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
• COD refunds are sent to your UPI or bank account.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us an unboxing photo/video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Exchanges

Need a different model or colour? Our 7-day window covers a free size/model exchange, subject to availability.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; a confirmation email means we've accepted it.

Products

We try to show product colours and details as accurately as possible, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to screens and photography. Compatibility (e.g. phone/charger model) is your responsibility — reach out if unsure before ordering.

Payments

Payments are handled by a secure third-party gateway. By paying you agree to their terms in addition to ours. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, text, and design — belongs to Coverup and may not be copied or reused without permission. Character designs are the property of their respective owners and are used on fan-style accessories.

Limitation of liability

Our products are accessories; we are not liable for any indirect damage to your devices arising from misuse. Use as intended.
